You are most welcome to change your mind because your total satisfaction remains our priority.Therefore we are extending the applicable retraction deadline from 7 to 30 days as from the date of reception of your items.

How to return an order to us?

1. Just send us back your items in its original package with the following:
   • A print of the email confirmation of your order (please kindly note that parcels returned without any document enabling us to identify the sender such as "name, surname, address, order number" cannot be taken back).
   • Your IBAN for us to process your refund.
     
     
2. As soon as we receive your returned items, we commit to process refund thereof within 24/48h via bank wire transfer.

Should you wish to return some items, please indicate your order number and simply follow these instructions.
